President — 2012-2026
Tim has 39 years of worldwide experience in pipeline construction, operations, integrity management, marketing, and other aspects of the oil and gas industry. He is currently employed with Audubon Engineering in Houston. Tim has served as a Director with Memorial MUD since 1992. He has also served for 25 years on various Community Associations. Tim is married with 5 children, 13 grandchildren, and 3 rescue cats. In his spare time, Tim and his wife participate in costumed events like Dickens on The Strand, Wyatt Earp Days, and Cheyenne Frontier Days. They also enjoy Caribbean cruises and spending time with their families.
Miguel G. Hull
Vice President — 2020-2028
Miguel is the Advanced Operation Accountant for an offshore drilling contractor. Miguel has been an external auditor for governmental agencies, served on 2 HOA boards as well as countless civic and religious committees, along with his background in accounting and finance he is a strong asset to the Board. Miguel enjoys spending time with his family and friends, watching movies, or participating in and watching sports.
W. F. Trotter, Jr. (Buddy)
Secretary — 2022-2026
Buddy has worked for O.Connor & Associates for 20 years he holds the job title of Senior Technical Review Appraiser. Buddy ran his own business for 14 years which provided him with skills such as managing budgets and cash flow, working with customers, and supervising people. Buddy will be the President of the Houston Chapter of the Appraisal Institute for 2014, in his spare time he enjoys writing pop music through collaboration; in the past few years he has written and recorded four CDs.
Crystal N. Sampson
Assistant Secretary — 2022-2026
Crystal is the Jr. Underwriter/Senior Loan Processor for a major bank. Crystal moved to Katy from California 6 years ago she is married and has three children. Crystal has worked in the mortgage industry for 21 years providing her with skills and an extensive business network which makes her a great fit on the Memorial MUD board. Crystal enjoys cooking, baking and crafts in her spare time.
Tom Williams
Investment Officer — 2020-2028
Tom has worked for Van London Company for the past 32 years. He holds the job title of Vice President of Operations and CFO. Van London Company manufactures and sells pH instrumentation primarily to the chemical, petrochemical, pulp & paper and waste water industries providing Tom with a great foundation for being a MUD Director. Tom has been married to the same wonderful woman for 35 years. Together, they have raised five children and are blessed with 4 grandchildren. Tom and Linda are looking forward to retirement and travel.
